Karma Yoga

KARMA YOGA CLASS: with Cait Hutt Love on Mondays from 6:30 to 7:30pm. Focus on increasing flexibility & strength, while working with the breath to calm the mind & bring peace to the whole body. Suitable for all levels. Bring your own mat, or there will be mats offered. Wear warm, comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.

Karate for Kids
MONDAYS

KKita No Senshi Dojo welcomes all residents to a free month of karate training without any further membership dues if it does not insterest you.

If you wish to continue, pay only $30 per month to attend classes every Monday evening from 6PM to 7PM.

You will learn the basic core of defensive techniques from our martial arts lineage. Teachings passed on to us from some of the most highly regarded masters.

Come and hear the participants in this year's music festival. 9:15-11:40 a.m.- instrumental music, 12:45-5:30 p.m. - instrumental and vocal music, 7-9 p.m. choral and vocal music. 60's & 70"s Music Revival Dinner/Dance

Come and enjoy Canoe FM 60's 70's Music Revival Dinner and Dance at the Haliburton Legion. Dance the night away to the best music from the 60's & 70's with DJ Ron Murphy, We'll have spot dances, and prizes.

Doors open at 5pm and dinner is served at 6pm and the dancing begins at 7pm. Tickets are only $25. each and available at Canoe FM.
